IMPORTANT: By ordering our garments, you agree to bear the customs clearance costs determined under the customs regulations of the country to which the parcel is delivered. We cannot influence these costs, nor can we in any way predict their amount.
Ordering from Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina
Ordering from Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina can be done in two ways:
– Post-pak: payment is made by cash on delivery; the parcel is subject to customs, and therefore to customs costs that depend on the customs and other regulations of these two countries, which we cannot influence.
– Post-export: payment is made via PayPal, as well as by all supported bank credit and debit cards; the parcel is subject to customs, and therefore to customs costs that depend on the customs and other regulations of these two countries, which we cannot influence.
Ordering from other European countries
– Post-export: payment is made via PayPal, as well as by all supported bank credit and debit cards; the parcel is subject to customs, and therefore to customs costs that depend on the customs and other regulations of the destination country, which we cannot influence.
IMPORTANT: On the web page dedicated to the Post-export service of the public enterprise “Pošta Srbije” (Post of Serbia), under the question: Does the recipient of a Post-export parcel have any payment obligations? – the answer given is the following sentence: “The obligations of the recipient of a Post-export parcel depend solely on the customs and other regulations of the country to which the parcel is delivered.”
