The BLONDY.RS online store informs its users of the following general information:
- The online store is owned by SZR STUDIO FREE STYLE, Josipa Telarevića 24, 11000 Belgrade, which is also the legal entity responsible for collecting user data.
- The basic purpose of collecting data is the smooth operation of the online store, as well as the process of electronic commerce conducted through it, on the basis of the Electronic Commerce Act ("Official Gazette of the RS", Nos. 41/2009, 95/2013 and 52/2019), all with the safety and security of its users in mind.
- The collected data is used in accordance with good business practice, the Personal Data Protection Act ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 87/2018), and other bylaws relating to this area, and SZR STUDIO FREE STYLE, Josipa Telarevića 24, 11000 Belgrade undertakes to keep the collected data in accordance with all of the above.
- State authorities may exercise the right to use the data on the basis of law and/or a decision of a judicial authority.
- The data is necessary in order to complete registration and a purchase in our online store, so if there is no need for that, providing the data is not mandatory.
- A user of the online store may at any time withdraw consent for the collection, processing and use of data, which will be discussed in more detail below.
Data collection
For an order to be successfully completed through our online store, we need your first and last name, address, email address and contact phone number. With the help of this data, we will be able to confirm your order, inform you of its current status, and deliver the goods you want. Registration or sign-up to our online store also implies the user's consent to receive email and SMS notifications from it.
Data storage and updating
The collected data will not be retained by the online store for longer than necessary to fulfil its basic and sole purpose. If there is a legal justification or legal obligation, the collected data may be retained longer until that obligation is fulfilled. Also, if there is a statutory period for keeping the collected data, SZR STUDIO FREE STYLE will retain the data for that prescribed statutory period and will delete it once the period expires. Buyers may at any time request access to their personal data, as well as request its supplementation, correction and deletion, or may withdraw consent for its further processing, by sending such a request to the email address: info@blondy.rs.
Security of the collected data
We apply state-of-the-art organisational, personnel and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, in order to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of customers' personal data.
The online store stores the collected data on a secure server.
Since sharing data over the internet is inherently an insecure activity, the online store must therefore disclaim and cannot provide undeniable protection of data against third parties.
Users of the online store are responsible for keeping and protecting their access data (username and password).
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa AD Belgrade, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's pages. At no point is the payment card data accessible to our system.
Access to data
Data may be entered, accessed and processed only by persons authorised for such activities. Access to data that has been entered manually and is kept on paper is granted only to persons authorised to access that data. All employees are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection in accordance with the above-mentioned law and all its bylaws. The user understands and agrees with the fact that the security integrity and privacy of their data cannot be 100% guaranteed.
Cookies
In addition to the data mentioned above, the online store collects, analyses and processes data about the products our visitors search for and buy, as well as about the pages they visit, and for this purpose so-called "cookies" are used, which provide insight into such information.
A "cookie" is a unique text file stored on each user's hard drive by a web server, and it can only be read by a web server in the domain that sent it to the customer. "Cookies" cannot be used to run a program or to deliver a virus to the computer or other device used by the customer.
The purpose of "cookies" is to make searching easier for the user and save their time, and to make shopping simpler and more comfortable.
SZR STUDIO FREE STYLE, as the owner of the BLONDY.RS online store, undertakes not to misuse this type of data or use it for any other purposes.
Updating the privacy policy
The online store reserves the right to update, i.e. introduce certain amendments and supplements to the privacy policy, of which it may, but does not have to, notify the user via email or SMS message; it is therefore advisable for the user to check the privacy policy from time to time in order to stay up to date with any amendments and supplements.
