Parties to the General Terms
The seller of the goods ordered and paid for via cash on delivery or online is SZR STUDIO FREE STYLE, Josipa Telarevića 24, 11000 Belgrade. The buyer is a visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, pays for it with one of the supported bank credit or debit cards, or places an order and pays for the item by cash on delivery.
Products and prices
Through the online store, the buyer can purchase any of the products available in the online store. Prices in the online store include value added tax (VAT) and are stated in RSD (Serbian dinar). Prices in the online store apply only to purchases made through the online store and may differ from the retail prices of the same items sold in (physical) retail outlets. If certain items in the online store are on sale or have a promotional price, this does not mean that the same items must be on sale or have the same promotional price in (physical) retail outlets, and vice versa.

Customers are free to comment on products and send emails with their opinions. The online store has the right not to respond to comments or emails that are malicious, contain indecent statements, spread hatred and discrimination, or in any way violate the rights of others. Impersonation and registration with someone else’s email address are not permitted. The online store may initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such activities.

The store strives to describe all products as accurately as possible and to use the most faithful photographs of items; however, it cannot guarantee that all stated product information is 100% accurate, complete, reliable and error-free.
