Which payment methods can I use in the online store?

Orders within the Republic of Serbia are paid for by cash on delivery, upon receipt of the parcel, as well as by all supported bank credit and debit cards. For deliveries outside the Republic of Serbia, you can pay via PayPal, as well as by all supported bank credit and debit cards.

How long does delivery take?

All orders for delivery within the Republic of Serbia are dispatched the next business day. Delivery time depends on the courier service and is usually 1 to 2 days.

How much does delivery cost?

All orders over RSD 5,900.00 for delivery within the Republic of Serbia ship free of charge. Orders for delivery outside the Republic of Serbia are charged depending on the destination.

Can I track my parcel?

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, a tracking number is recorded for each order. Registered users can see the tracking number under „My account → Orders“.

Is my data protected?

All customer data is fully protected and is used solely for the fast and accurate delivery of ordered items. We collect only the essential, basic customer data and the data necessary for running our business.
