1. Size exchange
If, after receiving the goods, you have tried the item on and found that the size does not fit you, please contact us by calling +381 (64) 6496-896 or send us an email at: info@blondy.rs. When contacting us, you must provide the following: first and last name, address, contact phone number, order number and order date, and the new size that would fit you. After we check whether the desired size is available, we will send instructions for the size exchange to the email address you provided. Without this procedure, the item cannot be exchanged on your own initiative, and any such parcel will be returned to the sender at their expense. The ordered item also cannot be exchanged if it has been used or damaged.
Exchange deadline
The deadline for exchanging the size of an item is 15 business days from the moment the buyer submits the request.
Delivery costs
In the case of a size exchange, the buyer bears the shipping costs, unless there was originally an error in the delivery of the item.
2. Item exchange
When the order arrives, you must check it in the presence of the courier and confirm that there is no visible damage to the parcel. You can exchange the purchased product for: a product in the same or a higher price category, or for a product in a lower price category.
Before the exchange, you must contact us by calling: +381 (64) 6496-896 or via email at: info@blondy.rs. If you contact us by email, always include the following details in your message: first and last name, address, contact phone number, order number and order date, JMBG (personal identification number) and dinar current account number (if you are exchanging for a cheaper product, for payment of the price difference), as well as the name of the item you want in exchange.
In both of the above cases, documentation will be created and forwarded to you, together with the procedure for exchanging the item, to the email address you provided when placing the order. After we check whether the desired item is available, we will send exchange instructions to the email address you provided. Without this procedure, the item cannot be exchanged on your own initiative, and any such parcel will be returned to the sender at their expense. The ordered item also cannot be exchanged if it has been used or damaged.

Delivery costs
In the case of exchanging an item for another, if the parcel is not damaged, the buyer pays the shipping costs, unless there was originally an error in the delivery of the item.
Withdrawal from purchase
A purchase made through our online store is, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 88/2021), considered a distance sale. A user of the online store, i.e. the buyer, has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of the day the product was delivered to them, without stating a reason and without additional costs, except for the costs referred to in Articles 33 and 34 of the Consumer Protection Act.
You begin the withdrawal process by completing the Withdrawal Form. After that, you contact the online store by calling +381 (64) 6496-896 or by sending an email to: info@blondy.rs (please have your order number ready before calling customer service). The goods you are returning should be packed together with the above-mentioned completed form, adequately packed and secured, and then sent to the address: SZR STUDIO FREE STYLE, Josipa Telarevića 24, 11000 Belgrade, +381 (64) 6496-896. In this case, the buyer bears the delivery costs.
Once the goods have been delivered back to the online store, the buyer is entitled to a refund equal to the amount paid for the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, in their original packaging with no damage, within 14 days of the day they were handed over to the buyer. The goods are considered returned on time if the buyer sent them before the 14-day period expired. If these conditions are met, the buyer can expect a refund no later than 14 days from the day the product is received.
The cost of returning the goods is borne solely and only by the buyer, unless the buyer received a faulty or incorrect product upon purchase in the online store.
Complaints
When the order arrives, you must check it in the presence of the courier and confirm that there is no visible damage to the parcel. You can return the parcel in the following cases:
- If there is visible damage to it (torn parts) – please call us on: +381 (64) 6496-896 or send us an email at: info@blondy.rs and state the reason why you refused to accept the parcel.
- If you have received the parcel and, after opening the box, found that the delivered goods do not match what was ordered or the details on the invoice are not correct, please call us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel on: +381 (64) 6496-896 or send us an email at: info@blondy.rs.
- If non-conformities appear on the purchased product within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 88/2021), please notify us at the email: info@blondy.rs.
After you have contacted us and received further instructions, you must complete the Complaint Form, which you will send together with the item you are returning to the address: SZR STUDIO FREE STYLE, Josipa Telarevića 24, 11000 Belgrade, +381 (64) 6496-896.

Deadline for resolving a complaint
The buyer receives a decision on the outcome of the complaint within 8 days of the day the parcel is received by the seller.
