Ordering
Products are ordered by adding them to the cart within the online store, and once the order is confirmed they are irrevocable (except in the cases and following the procedure provided for by applicable law). After confirmation, the order enters processing status. Once the order has been processed, you will be informed of the status of your order by email. The order processing period is usually 2–3 business days. For all orders sent on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week. From that moment, the delivery period is 3 business days. Should the online store be unable to deliver all the products the buyer has ordered, it will deliver the products that are available and notify the buyer by email (or by phone). The BLONDY.RS online store reserves the right to cancel an order after a physical check of the item, if the person in charge of inspecting items before dispatch concludes that the item is not suitable for further sale; the buyer will likewise be notified by email (or by phone).
Payment
Payment methods
Orders within the Republic of Serbia are paid for by cash on delivery, upon receipt of the parcel, as well as by all supported bank credit and debit cards. For deliveries outside the Republic of Serbia, you can pay via PayPal, as well as by all supported bank credit and debit cards.
When choosing card payment, the online customer agrees that, if more than one item is ordered, the order will be delivered in full or cancelled completely, due to the impossibility of a partial reservation of funds for the order.
In the event of a return of goods, the refund is made by the online store exclusively to the current account whose number the buyer provided in the Withdrawal Form or the Complaint Form.
Payment by debit and credit cards
The online store undertakes to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the essential, basic data about customers/users and the data necessary for our business and for informing users, in accordance with good business practice and with the Personal Data Protection Act ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 87/2018), in order to provide a quality service.
We give customers a choice, including the option to decide whether or not they wish to be removed from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All data about users/customers is strictly protected and is accessible only to employees who need that data to perform their work. All employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa AD Belgrade, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's pages. At no point is the payment card data accessible to our system.
Refund of funds paid by card
In the event of a return of goods and a refund to a buyer who previously paid by one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the online store is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, AMEX and DinaCard payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller's request, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.
Conversion statement
All payments will be made in the Serbian currency – the dinar (RSD). The amount your account will be charged is obtained by converting the price expressed in euros into Serbian dinars at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When your card is charged, the same amount is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate of the credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference compared to the original price stated in our online store.
Delivery
Goods are delivered throughout Serbia. Delivery is carried out via the courier service of the Post of Serbia. All received orders for delivery within the Republic of Serbia are dispatched the next business day. Delivery time depends on the courier service and is usually 1 to 3 days. Orders received on the last business day of the week are dispatched on the first following business day.
Orders for delivery outside the Republic of Serbia are dispatched the next business day after payment has been made. Delivery time is usually 10 to 15 business days and is carried out via the "Post-export" service of the public enterprise "Post of Serbia". The delivery period may be longer than indicated if the ordered products are not currently available, or if the buyer received the online purchase confirmation during a weekend or public holidays.
Ordered products are delivered to the entrance of the buyer's residential building. In the case of an apartment building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the buyer is located, but only to the entrance of the building.
When collecting the products, the buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note, which the courier service takes as confirmation of receipt of the ordered products. If the buyer refuses to accept the ordered goods upon delivery to the requested address, the seller has the right to claim reimbursement of postal and its own handling costs.
Delivery costs
All orders up to RSD 6,990.00 are delivered with a shipping cost of RSD 450.00. Orders over RSD 6,990.00 ship free of charge.
IMPORTANT: In the case of a parcel being sent outside the Republic of Serbia, the amount of the delivery cost depends solely on the customs and other regulations of the country to which the parcel is exported. By ordering our garments, you agree to bear the customs clearance costs determined under the customs regulations of the country to which the parcel is delivered. We cannot influence these costs, nor can we in any way predict their amount.
Can I track my parcel?
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, a tracking number assigned to that parcel is recorded for each order. Users registered in our online store can see the tracking number under "My account → Orders".
The online store will not be liable for lost parcels if an incorrect delivery address has been provided. If you do not receive your parcel, or it arrives damaged, please contact us at the email address: info@blondy.rs.
